37. North of what river?

I wouldn't think the area immediately north of here on the other side of the Missouri River would be better, but that's what people here usually mean when they say that.

That IHOP is particularly bad. Some more upscale restaurants would likely be more evolved, but my mom complains about anything with spice and IHOP was a workable bland option.
