Beef stew. My fathers recipie. Its so good full of vegetables and lots of beef chunks.

Had it with a toasted slice of Dave's power seed bread. I put avocado on it along with some bacon. Dessert was
2 graham crackers with peanut butter,and 10 frozen cotton candy grapes from a couple of months ago.
