47. Of course he knew, but not likely to be charged

I mean he obviously, knew but he bailed to give himself enough cover.

He did put someone in who was willing to play though. I forget his name, was the last name Clark?

But it would be interesting if evidence of his foreknowledge, and enabling on any chargeable level leading to potential prosecution is discovered. On the other hand, even if evidence were to surface, he certainly knew how to cover his ass.
