They want skilled techies...right out of school. True tech geeks...but no autistics. It's like they've never visited a tech company.
And even if you get every point on their checklist if you can't speak French fluently you'll likely be just a few short. Or you can just speak fluent French and throw a dart at a target for the rest of the points and get in.
Also, trans people need not apply even if everything expensive health care wise has already been taken care of.
