Maybe give public school teachers a crash course in how to administer shots, just like a CPR class. Our school age kids could be vaccinated very efficiently despite their lunatic parents. Most schools are in possession of signed medical waivers from the parents anyway. I think she had the right idea, but was a little overzealous
