9. So, these 700 knew back in October they needed at least one shot or exemption request by Jan 3.

And they still failed to get either in a timely manner? Three months for something they probably already had made a decision about.
Not sure those would be the type of worker I'd want at the Mayo clinic anyway. Hope they had already got resumes out last month...
