warfare. Right or wrong, they plant the seeds of incompetency in peoples' minds and it will grow from there. It's the same tactic lawyers often use. Problem is, some people will take this and run with it calling the WH incompetent, and we have enough fools in this country that will believe it and vote for Romney. And MSM will have a field day with it so they can make lots of $$$$$. It's some system we have here in the US.
