Even if it's Walmart or Target. Easy to fix comfort food that diabetics can have. Those diabetic Sorbitol lozenges for sore throats. Cold and flu symptom relief items.
Garbage bags, toilet paper, tissue paper, disposable silverware , bowls and cups (those 16 oz coffee cups with lids are great for juice or teas if they're feeling sick).
When my sister in law (a home healthcare nurse, so it was always a matter of "when" ) got breakthrough COVID last month, we sent a big care package delivered to their house out in the middle of the Texas Hill country so brother didn't have to break quarantine and leave her for a couple hours going out to get groceries and other stuff.

Do they have pets? Delivery pet supplies are also welcome.
Good luck.
