That seems to be the gist of what that jerk was saying.

Plus, parodies from that Wizard of Oz song about the wicked witch of the east could be made from that one. Remember when the Munchkin Mayor went and proclaimed her "truly" dead? I can totally see a parody song happening that is based on that melody.
