Given that this Val Broeksmit reported this information to the FBI in 2019, we can assume that Barr buried it. It’s now 2022 with a new AG, who has his hands full with the small matter of an insurrection against the US government, I wonder whether anything will ever be done with this part of Trump’s corruption. I’m sure Trump was careful not to threaten Anthony Kennedy in writing to force him to retire, but surely someone witnessed the threat.
