17. No that was the D.C. Court of Appeals (one step below the SCOTUS)

SCOTUS ruled that his claim of executive privilege had no merit and so his papers and stuff could
go to the House's Jan. 6th Committee. Only Clarence Thomas voted for keeping the papers secret
and that could be because his wife Ginni helped pay for and set up the 1/6/21 attempted coup.
