10. Pizza is insulting

I work for a large engineering firm, when we need people to come in on Saturdays to meet a milestone, we order good food for them, like a spread of Mexican or Chinese food. But more than that what they need to see is management working with them. Good leadership knows this, good leadership leads by example and shares the sacrifice with the workers. So these managers could have been at the store filling in, sharing the burden, taking shifts so their workers can have some time off. If they had been doing that they also would know that their employees are worth more money than they're paying them.

The Republican Party has conducted a war on workers for 45 years now, they've spent all their time belittling workers and arguing that they deserve less than they get. The American Dream used to be that anyone who wants to work can earn a living that would afford them a dignified existence. Republicans replaced that with all out hate for workers.
