legislators try to introduce bills to return to paper ballots? They could have tried and been filibustered.

If not, let's hope we get a Democratic majority again that will eliminate unverifiable electronic voting with machines with proprietary code owned by private companies who have declared allegiance to the Republican Party.

Now is not the time.

But January 2009 was the time.

And January 2013 will be the time again.
