59. Like this feminized and clearly cowardly individual

As one who looks considerably less 'warrior', none-the-less, I do frequently wear dhotis, traditional male skirt from India.
I have walked the streets of many cities in several countries while wearing dhoti; not exactly blend-into-the-environment behavior.
