12. Pics of publically parked protesting trucks with logos is not doxing.

Information can cause pressure for change.
The knowledge that some bullying people are associated with company ABZ may move moral minions to propose they will not do business with some people associated with company ABZ.

As the site makes clear, the truck companies pictured may feel differently than the truck drivers parked.
Some bosses may take exception to some employees.
