I heard that most of Romney's expenditures were for "consultants."

Which isn't surprising. there's no better way to funnel campaign contributions into your own pockets than by sending it to "consulting firms" which are owned by, related to, or otherwise connected to you.

And seriously, if R's good at one thing, it's funneling money from things he destroys into his own pockets. Whether it's Bain, or this campaign, it's the same MO.
