They've learned they can get away with a baseless war. Torture. Spying on Americans. Impoverishing everyone so the rich can be disgustingly rich. Ruining the environment to the point we have droughts, fires, floods, hurricanes. They can lie and steal. They can deny brown and black people the vote. Attempt a para-military take-over of the government. Ally with Putin. And there are no consequences. There must, finally, be consequences.
