2. Bogus excerpt does not reflect article because badly cut up to misrepresent it

First paragraph of excerpt cites two criteria.

Second paragraph talks of three.

But the two cited are not the three that the second paragraph refers to.

There is a lot of text cut out but no ellipsis or other clue that it has been hidden. The result is incomprehensible.

You can do better.
