34. How on earth did this quack get in to that position?

I just learned from this thread that he was Obama's doc during his POTUScy. WTF?

Fortunately Obama was apparently in very good health and clearly in very good shape. But bad things can happen to good people. Thank goodness nothing bad, health-wise, happened to him.
