efforts to genuinely maximize resources, as far as I'm concerned. I do laboratory work, so I have no problem at all working on site for the rest of my career (10-15 years at most), but I have to wonder if the younger employees are going to gain as much from the experienced employees as they would have under the traditional workplace schedule.
