if you are a fuckwad. You have the insurrection act that would give your president similar powers if he instigates it. We can seize funds to stop illegal activity just like most countries and here they will be settled by the court if they are illegal funds. We are well protected by our rights and will not be fucked up if we don't try overturning our government or other stupid shit.
