13. Kaiser Permanente Med Advantage is putting me in danger of heart/kidney failure

These plans can get billions from Medicare if they classify patients as high risk. They take the money but do not provide the medical services or slow walk services.

I have been waiting two years for a surgery for a condition that can be completely cured by a 20 minute surgery. So long as they are getting additional money for my care they have no incentive to provide the care.
