I would have convicted him in a heartbeat. The only way I can explain it: It’s Florida and the stand your ground defense applies to movie theaters and flying popcorn.

I am usually pro defense in criminal cases, but not this one at all. The defendant was an arrogant retired cop and a complete asshole in my opinion.
