Each new batch of republican candidates are worse than the ones before. Every carpetbagger and grifter in the country is now attracted to the republican party - so much money and power and no needed qualifications, experience, or skills. You just know that some of them saw fools like Trump on TV and said, "Shit, I can do that! There's huge market for crazy and outrageous and I have plenty to spare." They are performers first and foremost, but too farfetched for the movies and circuses aren't hiring these days.
