Next to nothing about actual anabolic steroid use. The only drug that really increases aggression is trenbolone, and as a gym rat during the heyday of steroids, Putin is NOT doing tren.

Most physicians are woefully ignorant of anabolic. Look to Dr. Michael Scally, the doctors who do dabble in them lose their license
