33. It's officially Sedition, but he's out on home confinement?!

Very grateful at long last that the Jan. 6th event is now "officially Sedition".

Just curious, has anyone who pleads guilty to Murder charges, be allowed to be home confined? Aren't these individuals detained while awaiting sentencing?

I don't understand this practice of home confinement for the most egregious of offenses.
