It is similar to the Xi-Putin manifesto read before the Olympic Games.

I am OUTRAGED that China's Xi knew that Russia planned to invade Ukraine and said nothing to no one in favor of hosting the Olympic Games. This makes China complicit in the murder of innocent Ukrainians. IF it is true that China asked them to wait. If it isn't fake news designed to inflame passions. And sure, we all witnessed the troop buildup and figured it out. But, WE did not stand up there shoulder to shoulder with Xi and read a chilling manifesto regarding the "New World Order."
