He's well barricaded at his "farm" in the country, well outside the city, layers and layers of security keeping him safe in his little beddy-bye at night. Unless there is a suicidal combination chef and food taster, there's not a whole lot of hope there.

What might be possible is isolating him by disabling cell phone towers and other infrastructure.

The same needs to be done at Mar a Lardo.
