17. They have Turkish-made drones

And from all reports, they are of very good quality. They have used them to destroy Russian armor already in combat. Probably not at good as US-made Predators, but good enough against poorly trained Russian troops. And, the Ukrainians have training with them, whereas they'd likely need new training with US drones.

So, just get them more Turkish drones, and keep sending them intelligence data on targets.
