(2,091 posts)21. We always shop in the outlet in Skowhegan, Maine
next to the factory. When we go up the long flight of stairs to where the shoes are, we always ask for the ones made in the USA. Unfortunately there are not that many models. As another poster said, they are made elsewhere (China) and only assembled here. Why not just do it all in the USA? I am so sick of this offshoring for profit. It's time to give breaks to companies who do manufacture in this country and stop giving breaks to those who manufacture out of country, as our President says.

They have a wide toe box and widths up to an amazing level. Very comfortable shoes, I love them. nt

Only SOME are made in the US - vast majority made in China or Vietnam - see post above.
