This thread is making me hungry.

1.5 lb. lean ground beef
.5 cup dried breadcrumbs
1 packet onion soup mix
1 can tomato soup
1 egg
.25 cup milk
1 tsp. worchestersire sauce
2 tsp. brown sugar

In large bowl, stir meat with fork to loosen clumps. Stir in onion soup mix, egg, milk and 1/3 can tomato soup. Stir in bread crumbs til mixture leaves the sides of the bowl (may need a bit more). Form into loaf and place in loaf pan. Cover tightly with foil and bake 1 hour at 350.
Stir Worcester sauce and brown sugar into the rest of the tomato soup, set aside.
After 1 hour, uncover loaf, drain off fat and bake another 15 min. Then cover completely with tomato soup glaze and bake another 15 min. Let rest 10 min. before serving.
