3. There are people who follow women's basketball

And they know her. Women's sports aren't trash, and their players aren't insignificant. They matter. People who watch the Olympics basketball games also know her.

And what if this were a regular US citizen would no notoriety? Would you still be so sanguine about their being held by the Russian government? Or do only the widely famous count?
