But, I would HOPE that we could stop the insanity by just telling lawmakers up front at the state and national level that they CANNOT even propose or pass laws which completely counter medical science. My point is that we should NOT have to go to the point of suing. This is the practice now.
Make a bad law, wait for the law suits, get verdicts, get verdicts overturned, try new jurisdictions, get stays, get delays, more law suits, rinse repeat ad nauseum.
When the laws go into effect and then you have to wait for them to be overturned, then people are injured. In this instance, we are now looking at death sentences, or state sponsored homicide.
No, just no.
