Canned Tuna fish...maybe in oil because it won't need mayonnaise.
As someone mentioned in another thread...canned fruit.

I guess about any bakery type products without fillings that might spoil if unrefrigerated.

Peanut butter and jelly for sure. Also if your freezer is working freeze some lunch meats.

canned/powdered milk, soy or almond milk - the ones that don't need refrigeration, cereal.

Canned fruit. Multitudes of bread. Look up a camping shop of military surplus and get MREs. nt
