Just put ground coffee in the water and heat it until the coffee is the strength you want. The grounds will settle to the bottom. Just pour the coffee through a strainer or coffee filter to get rid of the grounds.

I guess about any bakery type products without fillings that might spoil if unrefrigerated.

Peanut butter and jelly for sure. Also if your freezer is working freeze some lunch meats.

canned/powdered milk, soy or almond milk - the ones that don't need refrigeration, cereal.
