She is an imbecile.

In high school, there was a math teacher that had 3 slogans on his classroom walls, above the chalkboards. They covered all the transgressions a student could commit in his class, and an offender would have to write the applicable slogan however many times as punishment lines.

The one that covers this situation is "Empty vessels make the most noise."
