outcome. If the polls and infrastructure is messed up in Philadelphia that would hurt Obama more. Since it is without early voting Virginia could also be an issue. Obviously those living on the edge (more likely to be Democratic voters) are going to find it more difficult to vote with the loss of infrastructure.
