Where there is early voting, Dems are turning out in high numbers. In the DC area, the turnout is much higher than they were prepared for because of the storm, so I think the Dems, especially in urban areas, will crawl over broken glass this election too. The DNCC has done a good job, I think, of pushing the urgency of GOTV this year.
