but she wasn't that woman's congressman. Remember that? She was in a different district.

That reminds me of a friend that did the same thing with Nadar in 2000. Dumbshit didn't know he wasn't on most ballots. Proof that he wasn't really paying attention. You couldn't have and not known that.

Both people prime examples of who should not vote.
