what happens with a fetus or a child. There are even rape victims who, due to some states' republican legislation, must allow the fathers of their children - the rapists - access to those children.

This should - but won't - end that. If a man does not want a woman to have a child or an abortion, he can avail himself of this. Prevent the pregnancy or shut up.

But, really, men have always had the ability to condom up and prevent the pregnancy - or simply abstain - and have chosen not to, and some still feel like they get to decide what happens with the resulting pregnancy. So this probably won't change that.
