7. It's sinking in very slowly as cell phone calls go unanswered

Some have been silent for almost a month, now. Families know their kids in the army haven't been that busy for a solid month, they could've checked in late at night. There are a lot of wives, girlfriends and especially Mums out there who are getting less frantic and more angry by the day as they get told their guys are just too busy to answer a text.

The awful truth is going to dawn on most people as the number of conscripts starts to skyrocket and more cell phones go silent.
