law covering migratory birds. Here is the Federal Register citation, though I'm sure you will just get your gun and go to town as you claim to for dogs and cats. My contempt for that attitude is unlimited and I hope you are caught if you do so.

I don't doubt that, just as on occasion, introduced snakes are. Notify HI Fish & Wildlife.

These are migratory birds and covered under Federal law. Only HI Fish & Wildlife can deal with this
