proportionately way more representational power than California's 40 million people. Not fair.

Also get rid of the 60 vote rule. It such be a simple majority like the rest of our representative bodies...majority rules. Keep the 6 year term maybe for more mature senators who theoretically would have more wisdom in making voting decisions.

And in the House unfair representation is also a problem. The 435 number of members was set in 1911, but the population of states did not stop growing in 1911, especially in the larger, blue states. That needs to be addressed too.
