You can bet it is part of a scheme.

He simply cannot say anything bad about Putin. Putin is smart. Putin is a genius. Putin is savvy.

But, Biden's are criminal. Biden are crooks. His supporters should be supporting Putin and Russia, not Biden and America. And surely not Ukraine!

And he can never pass the chance to fellate his master Putin.
