She wasn't allowed to freely roam the White House taking pictures like Sousa did under Obama. Sousa took newsworthy historical shots of the President doing his job.

Trump used her like his personal photographer. She could only take shots when Trump called for her. And the only time he called for her was when he wanted her to snap some staged PR shots that he wanted to use as propaganda or for campaign purposes. His 2020 campaign should have listed her photos as a campaign contribution.
