Where is the charge for "wokeness" at?

1. Innovation, incentives, venture capital, financial rewards

drive the system. These are not cost-plus industries. Medical expertise, research, years or decades of development, clinical trials, financial management are behind IPOs. This is an essential niche industry and when the technology is fully alive and functioning it is in demand and medical providers will pay dearly for it. And there's profit for all the stakeholders along the way. Not excusing it, not really critiquing it, just explaining the system. Not even sure how it could be changed.
