1. Well, keep in mind one thing she has going for her with a congressional term -

1 full congressional term = 1/2 a gubernatorial term. So, she can assure her constituents that she can definitely fulfill her term. On the plus side, she's only good for one term. In two years, they know they need someone new. She wouldn't be a Congresscritter so much as she would be a place holder until someone eligible came along.
