Pushed into a corner this is a man who would certainly consider using WMDs. We don't like to think about it because we are rational. Putin is a criminal who is willing to play those cards, just like any gangster.

He has biological, chemical and nuclear at his disposal. He has already used sarin gas in Syria, so it would not be surprising to seehim do the same in Ukraine.
