But they certainly can be stopped. The mall / Macy’s needs to step up and report this, it has to be on security cams etc.

Eventually they will injure someone seriously, this is not angst or a joke, it is a form of terrorism imo being perpetrated by bullies. They need to be stopped. Where are the parents? I am sure as someone said the parents will be the first to sue someone if any of their children are injured doing this.

I have heard about this from someone, happening near us in a town, either in the main street and or in parking lots so apparently it is a thing now. I can’t remember why they even told me about it. I haven’t seen it anywhere where I shop.
