I'm the first person to bash the national local media for AAAAH IT'S COMING STRAP YOUR DICK TO YOUR LEG CUZ WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE coverage of storms, but this is for real. Atlantic City is awash in many places, Hoboken is flooding, the Esplanade at Battery Park in New York City is basically underwater, and the worst of the storm is still hours away. Farther south from there, the eastern seaboard is taking a fearsome beating where Sandy prepares to make direct landfall.

Not bullshit.
